Experience as a basis
We have known each other for more than 12 years and we have more than 15 years of experience working for large and small brands, global and local businesses. Naďa’s interest in marketing started at the University of Economics in Bratislava, while studying business and marketing. Anka studied enterpreneurship and innovation management at the University of Economics in Vienna.
After finishing our studies, we continued to develop our skills working for companies such as Heineken Slovakia, ST. NICOLAUS - trade, Coca-Cola Hellenic, MEDIAN SK, KPMG Slovakia Advisory.
We gained experience in different areas of marketing when launching brands such as Coca-Cola Zero, Monster, Nestea Vitao, Illyissimo, Romerquelle, Cappy Junior, Corgon 4 Malt beer, Nicolaus Extra Fine Flavored Vodkas and we developed many more.
We managed mixed Czech-Slovak teams and dealt with large global projects. We were participating regularly in foreign-market activities and we gained a lot of valuable experience in the field of trade marketing (customer and shopper marketing), which we consider our absolute competitive advantage.

Ing. Naďa Kacera
Naďa is one of the people who can get really enthusiastic. She appreciates the work and success of others and admires great ideas. She believes that everything can be always improved. That's why she likes to test and try new approaches. Naďa has strong strategic thinking and the ability to see things in context, that she can then translate into practical plans, thanks to the combination of her experience and talent.
Mag. Anka Sabolová
Anka is creative and likes helping good ideas come alive in real world. She bets on an open and honest approach. That is why her priority is always to make things clear. Anka's communication and negotiation skills have often helped resolve seemingly unsolvable situations. Significantly constructive approach and practicality help her to do her job well and efficiently. Anka is an ideal combination of experience and the right dose of enthusiasm, courage and emotion.
A story as magic
Like two cogwheels. Both different, unique, but complementing each other. We have proven repeatedly that marketing can be developed better in a team. It is based on communication and that always requires at least two.
But beware! At least one of the wheels must always be in the air. On the ground, they rotate in opposite directions, and they get nowhere. But in the air, they drive each other forward.
What we can guarantee you today already is that our outputs will propose A DIFFERENT POINT OF VIEW, A DIFFERENT DIRECTION TO LOOK INTO.
